The Ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors.

The end of October is peak fall in Asheville. The temperature ranges but will likely be somewhere between the 50s and 70s. The wedding will also take place on a mountain, so it may be chilly! We recommend that our guests, especially those from Florida, bring a jacket or wrap to keep warm during the ceremony.

We love kids, but we want our wedding to be a fun night out (or weekend away!!) for everyone, including those of you with little ones! Therefore, the ceremony and reception are adults only, except for the children in the wedding party. We understand that some of you may choose to turn this destination wedding into a family get-away, so if your children are coming with you for the weekend, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time. If you need any assistance in locating a babysitter for the evening, please let us know and we are happy to help!

Yes, we are providing complimentary transportation from the Crowne Plaza Hotel to and from the venue. Additional information regarding departure times will be updated once finalized.
